Ralf is Managing Director of Novum Kältetechnik Deutschland GmbH, leading Novum’s local presence in Germany and supporting the company’s strategic development in Europe.

He brings extensive leadership experience, deep sector knowledge and a strong understanding of the German business environment. Ralf works with retailers seeking greater control, simplicity and sustainability in their refrigeration strategy, helping Novum strengthen its position as a credible, long-term partner in the German market.

With Novum Kältetechnik Deutschland GmbH now established, Ralf plays a key role in providing customers with a responsive, local and focused approach while supporting the rollout of Novum’s patented LEAP® technology.
