George Greene

George began his career  as an internal sale representative with Novum. He joined Novum after receiving honours in his master’s degree in Strategic Management and Planning. George was accepted into Novum’s Graduate Programme scheme in 2019, having demonstrated a deep desire to work within the manufacturing sector.

He learned Novum’s business model in detail from the bottom up and was mentored by  Novum’s wider team, which he deeply values. He is invested in Novum’s mission and vision. Furthermore, George is enthusiastic to enhance his growing relationship with all individuals within the commercial refrigeration domain.

He currently serves Novum’s established UK House Accounts, which he developed a relationship with during his prior role, providing customer service excellence, surpassing their present and future needs. George views all his accounts as Partnerships where he assists them in enhancing their frozen food market share.
