Michael is Chief Technology Officer at Novum, leading technology and product innovation as the company develops its full plug-in LEAP® store of the future.
He brings deep engineering expertise across HVAC, controls and product development, with a strong track record delivering innovative solutions from concept and performance modelling through to commissioning. A former Novum New Product Development Manager, Michael returns with a strong understanding of Novum’s technology, customer requirements and sustainable cooling mission.
In his CTO role, Michael supports Novum’s next phase of product and technological innovation, helping customers transition to simpler plug-in alternatives to complex remote refrigeration systems and more sustainable cooling solutions.
