Marcus Pallatzky

Marcus is Sales Manager D-A-CH at Novum Kältetechnik Deutschland GmbH, supporting Novum’s continued growth across the German-speaking market.

He brings over 20 years of experience in refrigeration and convenience retail, with a strong track record in key account management, sales leadership and large-scale rollout programmes across the D-A-CH region. Marcus has worked closely with major retail and food & beverage customers, combining technical expertise with a commercial, delivery-focused approach.

Working alongside Managing Director Ralf Backwinkel, Marcus plays a key role in deepening customer relationships, accelerating regional growth and supporting the rollout of Novum’s patented LEAP® technology across the region.
